Terms of service.
These clauses govern the commercial relationship between SC Colab Vision SRL, based in Romania (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider" or "DRAFT+RENDER") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") utilizing our services.
DRAFT+RENDER is a brand owned and operated by SC Colab Vision SRL. All brand assets, including the name, logo, and visual identity, are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used, reproduced, or redistributed without express written permission. All works showcased, including CGI, designs, and architectural concepts, are the property of SC Colab Vision SRL and may not be used for any purpose unless explicitly permitted via a signed contract.
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
DRAFT+RENDER provides services in interior design, architectural visualization (CGI), branding, graphic design, and product/object design (conceptual). Each project shall be detailed via a specific commercial offer or service contract, outlining the scope of work, delivery timelines, and fees.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT
Usage Rights: The rights to use the final deliverables (renders, logos, technical drawings) are transferred to the Client only upon full payment of all invoices related to the project.
Ownership of Source Files: The Provider retains full intellectual property rights over all working files (3D scenes, .max, .psd, .ai editable source files) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Client receives final exported formats (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF).
Portfolio Rights: DRAFT+RENDER reserves the right to use all created materials (renders, site photos, concepts) for self-promotional purposes across digital and print channels. We respect the confidentiality of exact project locations unless permission is granted.
Brand Identity: The brand DRAFT+RENDER and its associated logos, trademarks, and visual assets are the exclusive property of SC Colab Vision SRL. Any unauthorized use of the brand name or its visual identity for commercial or personal gain is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Ownership of Work: All creative outputs—including but not limited to 3D renders, CGI visualizations, architectural drawings, branding assets, and conceptual designs—are the intellectual property of SC Colab Vision SRL.
Restrictions on Use: No part of our work may be used, reproduced, modified, or distributed by the Client or any third party unless a signed contract explicitly states the transfer of such rights.
Usage Rights: Rights to use the final deliverables are granted to the Client only upon full payment of all invoices. Until payment is cleared in full, SC Colab Vision SRL retains all rights to the work, and the Client has no legal claim to use the assets for marketing, construction, or any other purpose.
3. REVISION PROCESS
Each service includes a set number of revisions as specified in the commercial offer. Any modifications exceeding the initial project scope or the agreed-upon number of revisions will be subject to additional fees based on the studio's hourly rate. All this information shall be found in the project contract.
4. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
The Client is responsible for the accuracy of all provided data (measurements, cadastral plans, design briefs). Delays in providing feedback or necessary project information will result in a corresponding extension of the final delivery deadlines.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
Payments are made based on invoices issued by SC Colab Vision SRL.
Projects typically commence after a deposit (percentage-based or stage-based) is received.
Late payments may result in the temporary suspension of work or late fees, as per the specific contract.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CGI Accuracy: CGI visualizations are artistic representations intended to simulate reality. Variations in color, texture, or lighting may occur compared to physical products due to display settings or natural lighting conditions.
Implementation: The Provider is not liable for execution errors made by contractors or third-party suppliers, even if the technical project was followed, unless a specific Site Supervision service was contracted.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of business data, negotiated pricing, and technical solutions not intended for public disclosure.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the Provider's registered office.
