Technical Scope: Photorealistic exterior CGI, atmospheric lighting development, and high-fidelity landscape modeling.
Project Scale: Approx. 1200 sqm (12900 sq ft) covered out of a 16000 sqm (4 acres) property.
Site Integration: Comprehensive backyard development including a full sports court, barrel sauna, luxury pool deck, and an amenity-filled patio with integrated jacuzzi.
This project delivers a high-impact visualization package for a short-term rental property in the Michigan market. The work focuses on translating landscape plans into marketing-ready imagery that emphasizes the premium guest experience. Special attention was given to golden-hour lighting scenarios to highlight the property’s expansive multi-functional zones, including the custom sports court and specialized wellness areas. All renders were developed to showcase the transition between high-activity spaces and quiet relaxation zones.
